Our Story

Hells Gate Pizza is a Sourdough pizza made in our brick oven. We started out as Copper State Bread selling bread, croissants, and sandwiches at local farmers markets until we fell in love with cooking pizza in our handmade brick oven. Owner Bryan will blow your mind with the amazing flavor in all of our pizzas.
